Spiralize Zuchinni into chosen noodle size.
Place over bed of dark leafy Greens
Drizzle Zuchinni with Olive Oil, Lemon juice, Red Wine Vinegar Sprinkle ‘Like Parmesan’
And Oregano and/or Basil (preferably fresh)
Add Zuchetti Sauce over the top or eat it without. They are both so delicious!
