All Veggie Sandwich


(A bit innovative, this highly nutritious recipe is as tasty as it is messy)

Gather leaves of leafy green vegetables for a wrap for sandwiches,
Ie: Romaine lettuce, Napa Cabbage, Swiss Chard, Kale, Cabbage (Green and/or Red), etc.,
(FYI: Sometimes blanching for a minute or so may be necessary to enhance malleability for certain leaves)

Fill a leaf first using the spreadable items ie Avocado

Then choose from already finely chopped vegetation to add like Alfalfa sprouts, Bean Sprouts, Onions, Green Onions, Chives, Peppers, Celery, even more greens chopped up, definitely Tomato & any other vegetable you think would suit your taste. For perhaps a unique treat try the sweet root of Jicama (pronounced ‘Hee-ka-ma’). Yum!
(I like to first marinate some of the vegetables in oil and lemon juice – For example mushrooms, and the jicama)

Drizzle with:

Lemon juice, Olive Oil and Aminos (Braggs Liquid Aminos found through health food source)
Try a sprinkle of Cayenne Pepper and *Real Salt.
Feel like a little protein? Sprinkle with Sesame or Sunflower Seeds.

Or add Hearty Hummus as a dressing or filler.
