Sprouted Grain

SPROUTED GRAIN SALAD

2 Cups Sprouted Grain of choice (Sprouted to minimum 1/2 Inch long)
¼ Cup chopped Red Onion
¼ Cup minced Fresh Parsley
1 Cup halved Grape Tomatoes
Olives make this salad stand out
3 Tbls Red Wine Vinegar, Olive Oil and Real Salt to taste
Toss together chill and serve
