Spicy Sprout


(Though, this salad is much more cleansing without it – a baked potato goes wonderfully with this salad – making this a very nutritional AND satisfying meal)

Mix Herbs (Fresh preferred) of Choice (ie: Basil, Oregano, Tarragon, Thyme)
With ¼ Cup Lemon juice, Apple Cider Vinegar or Rice Vinegar (Set aside)
Peel and chop 1 good size Cucumber
2 good size Tomatoes
2 Green Onions or ¼ Red Onion
1 Cup Alfalfa Sprouts
¼ Cup Radish Sprouts
½ Cup Mung Bean Sprouts
½ Cup Black Eyed Pea Sprouts
¼ Cup Sesame Seeds

Toss all ingredients together with Olive Oil
