Daikon Radish


(Refreshingly different Daikon Radish contains active enzymes that aid digestion)

Finely shred Daikon Radish (This radish will sweat when salted so unless you enjoy radish soup, wait until just before eating to salt when so inclined)

OR Spiralize using Spirooli or Spiral Slicer of choice and Spiralize the Daikon Radish.

Sprinkle Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil,

Fresh Lemon or Lime juice,
Rice Vinegar

Dark Sesame Oil

Braggs Liquid Aminos

– All to taste

Mix together.

Serve on top of Super Green Salad with Cucumber

Top with Sesame Seeds.

Garnish with fresh sprigs of Parsley.

(Daikon Radish Salad goes wonderfully with Dulse Sea Vegetable)

(Wonderful additions to this recipe are: thinly sliced red onion, tomatoes of any kind, cilantro, sliced olives, almonds, walnuts, etc.)
