Carrot Salad


(Quite an effective liver cleanse)

1 cup finely shredded Carrots (Some like to use a food processor for this and make it very well blended like pudding or Liquid Soup.)
1 tablespoon cold pressed Olive Oil
1 tablespoon fresh Lemon juice
I like to add Parsley, the ever faithful nutritious green
Mix together and serve with a Parsley sprig garnish. Ah, so pretty to these eyes.

*For best results as most effective liver cleanse eat every day for one week – once each month for one year.

Annis’ rendition Asian style:
Add Toasted Sesame oil,
Rice Vinegar
Braggs Liquid Aminos
Sprinkle with Sesame Seeds to the basic recipe.
Add Dulse Sea Vegetable as yet another way to enjoy these rather wonderful combination of tastes
