Stuffed Cabbage

STUFFED CABBAGE &/or BOK CHOY

Blanche Napa Cabbage Leaves (or like leaves) in a steamer for less than 1 minute or until malleable. Take out of steamer and allow to cool to the touch.

Have cooked Millet (alkaline) or Wild Rice (Acid) available

Saute‘ finely chopped vegetables: Green Onions with Chopped Celery, Chopped Carrots, Mushrooms, Peppers, Zucchini, etc.,

Mix the cooked Millet in with the chopped vegetables.

Add Nutritional Yeast Gravy and mix. (find N.Y.G. in ‘Heated’ Recipes on this site)

Stuff and roll the cabbage leaves, folding the edges together to hold
Hold together with a toothpick or two & place in a casserole dish.

Cover with Nutritional Yeast Gravy & bake in a 350 degree oven for about 40 minutes.

Serve over a bed of dark leafy greens with parsley.
