NUTRITIONAL YEAST GRAVY
(This gravy may also be served raw and uncooked though I use different oils when preparing this gravy raw, olive, sesame, or…)
Have ready and standing by:
1 cup of Nutritional Yeast
About 1/2 cup of Peanut oil (My preferred oil to cook with, if not Coconut – Coconut oil has yummy though strong flavor)
1 cup or so of water
Braggs Liquid Aminos,
Preferred extras in the way of herbs and spices
Heat an iron fry pan to hot –
Add nutritional yeast.
Stir until toasted. (Be careful it can burn really fast.)
Stir in enough peanut oil until mixture is paste. (The amount varies)
Add water as needed until a smooth gravy consistency.
Season with Braggs Liquid Aminos, fresh ground white pepper & preferred herbs and spices.
