Bielers Broth


(Good for restoring alkaline reserves)

Steam until soft (approx 12 to 20 minutes):
Equal amounts of Zucchini Squash, Green Beans and Celery (Always chop Celery and/ or Parsley one half inch or less to avoid strings getting caught in blender blades)

Add: Coconut Oil, Cold Pressed Olive Oil or Unsalted Butter to taste
Salt (always real salt, of course! :o) if preferred
And clean fresh Water as needed

Blend to a smooth consistency using a high power blender such as Blend Tec or Vita Mix

Top with chopped fresh Parsley when served

(For variety, I like to add Mushrooms (of all types), fresh Garlic, Ginger, Onions, Cayenne Pepper, some of my favorite herbs,
A wheat free Soy Sauce or Braggs Liquid Aminos which can be found through most health food sources.)
