BIELERS BROTH RAW
(Bielers Broth Raw is Excellent For Restoring Alkaline Reserves)
After preparing equal amounts of the following vegetables:
Green Beans (take off stringy, hard parts of green beans when later in the season)
Celery (chop celery and parsley one half inch or less to avoid strings getting caught in the blades of the blender) …
Add them to a Power Blender (such as BlendTec, Vita Mix, etc.,)
Along with a handful of fresh Parsley
A TBLS or so of Cold Pressed Olive Oil / Coconut Oil / Sesame Oil / un-salted Butter or …
And clean Water (The amount of water depends on how thick or brothy you may choose
Blend to a smooth consistency on ‘SOUP’ mode (about 5 minutes long).
(Most Power Blenders have a button for ‘Soup’. If the one you are using does not have such a button just allow it to churn away on high for about 5 minutes until warm, longer if you enjoy your soup hot.
(For variety, I like to add Mushrooms (of all types) Garlic, Onions, Cayenne Pepper, Ginger, some of my favorite herbs,
Wheat-free Soy Sauce or Braggs Liquid Aminos which can be found through most health food sources.
