Almond Date


Soak 1 ¼ cup Almonds, allow to dry
Prepare nuts into crumbs then smoush well together with:
Bananas (maybe 1 and a 1/2 – maybe as many as 3)
OR dates 6 to 10 depending on size
Coconut flakes about 1/2 cup (feel this out, you may need more or less)
2 TBLS. Agave Syrup or Honey or Grade A/B Pure Maple Syrup
6 TBLS preferred Coconut Oil
When mixed very well
Form into pie plate
Then place in fridge for 45 minutes or until firm
