    • … Learning how to eat by
      • Daily getting to know food combinations for best digestibility.
      • Daily familiarizing myself w/ Acid/Alkaline Ash chart.
      • Daily studying Vitamins, Minerals & Phyto-Chemicals & the impact they may have on my individual body.
      • Daily reading at least one chapter of  “Your Health, Your Choice” or “Fells Official Guide To Wellness” – both books by Dr. Ted Morter, Jr.
  1. Journal aspirations, dreams, ideas, inhibitors, any pros & cons about how I am feeling through out the day.
      • Add into my journal a daily log of what I have eaten the day before for supporting proper pH.
